Last Monday, a former police officer who had assaulted a security guard at the MGM Grand Detroit casino was convicted guilty.

Kevin Yudt, 43, of Grass Lake, Mich., was convicted by a Michigan jury of many charges, including one count of assault and battery and two counts of ethnic intimidation. Next month, Yudt will receive his sentence.

On April 6, 2023, Yudt was stopped from entering the gambling site because he seemed inebriated, which sparked the incident.

According to ClickOnDetroit, he threatened the guard, saying, "I'll be waiting for you when you come to Westland, and you will not survive." He explained that he was a sergeant at the Westland Police Department.

According to the allegation, Yudt reportedly shouted many racial epithets at the unidentified guard and prodded him in the breast.

Suspect Targeted for $60K Theft

A man who reportedly took $60K from a car parked at the Choctaw Casino & Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, in September is being sought by police.

The guy is accused of stealing the money from the vehicle and smashing the front passenger window. Oklahoma TV station KXII reports that the defendant is charged with burglary and grand theft in the warrant.

The suspect, a 45-year-old Plano, Texas resident, entered the vehicle twice in order to take things.
